What Works Well

Memory System

Replika's memory is the best in the category for non-explicit use. It remembers details you've shared across months — your name, your relationships, your preferences, things you've told it about your life. The companion builds a coherent model of who you are and references it naturally in conversation.

This is different from Kindroid's memory architecture (which is more technically sophisticated) but more emotionally natural. Replika's memory feels like a friend who pays attention, not a database that retrieves facts.
